Our History
Project Management Techniques originally founded in South Africa in the '90's and the unique concept was brought to New Zealand in 2002 when one of the Directors emigrated. PMTL has been responsible for a number of successful Civil and Building construction projects as well as Commercial, Community and IT projects.
Our Goals
PMTL uses advanced software and organisational techniques to pro-actively and successfully manage projects from initiation through to completion.
Hands-on planning and control systems are used to ensure that all projects, regardless of their size and complexity:
- achieve the required quality standards
- have effective cost controls
- are completed on time
- and ensure that the client is satisfied at all times
Emphasis is placed on the need for the project to be successful for all of the stakeholders involved, and for there to be effective communication and reporting throughout the life cycle of the project.
