Forensic audits involve the analysis of projects that have or are in the process of going wrong and the recommendation for remedial actions and comprise the following activities:

- Processes and procedures analysis
- Financial analysis
- Debtor and creditor analysis
- Programme analysis
- Cash flow analysis
- Feasibility analysis
- Risk analysis
